During this challenge I'll teach how easy it can be to enjoy this time of year without gaining weight, feeling out of control around food (which only drives you to eat more), or having any feelings of guilt.

 Here's how it works. Each day you will receive an email with insider information, guidance and an action plan that you can immediately put in place to set you up for success when a holiday party or gathering comes your way. Then each evening, at 7:30 PM, we’ll meet in a private Facebook Group where I’ll delve into the information of the day and answer your questions. And if you can't meet in the group for any reason, I'll send you a link to the recording (no Facebook account needed to view the link). Through the entire challenge I'll also be available to you via email.  

Here’s the master plan: Day One – You’ll learn how food is your friend, not your enemy. And how it can help you heal your stagnant metabolism and turn things around for you. Day Two – I’ll unveil the one thing you can do every day to set yourself up so your metabolism will be revved and ready. Day Three – We are going to talk about libations. Discover how to prepare your body for any party or gathering where wine or cocktails will be served so you can have fun without abstaining or being afraid of gaining weight. Day Four – So you are now at the party or family gathering. This is the day where you’ll learn the secret to setting up your plate with the foods you love, while enjoying every moment of the party or family gathering without fear of gaining weight. Day Five – We’ll mindfully put it all together. You’ll end the challenge with a systematic action plan to avoid weight gain and rev your metabolism. All while you embrace companionship, connectivity, and contentment during the holiday season. AND…..as a bonus, there will be a raffle at the end of the challenge where one person will receive (4) 1-1 coaching sessions with me to continue to guide you thru the holiday season.
